The pass was simple to setup using the Rail planner App. Booking train trips were easy too. The only thing that is inconvenient is that there's no in-App seat reservation function.

If you are travelling to few cities in Europe, good to get one, and the planner app was good in booking etc.

First time using the pass and some trains, u would need to reserve and pay extra. Generally the pass gives u a quickly access and plan the trips. Supposed it’s also cheaper than to buy as hoc tickets. Good option!

Download the app, follow the instructions to activate the pass. To travel, add the journey, click on ‘show ticket’ to get the code. To enter the train stations in UK, show the QR code to the staff. On the train, show the code to the ticket inspector. Very convenient as you can take any train, any time. Hopefully the pass will be as easy to use in Italy. Highly recommended.
