Day 1

Pick up the train in downtown Taichung, Taichung High Speed Rail Station, or Taichung Railway Station (departure time varies according to season and pick-up location and will be subject to the service provider's response)

Stroll through the Xinshe Lavender Forest and enjoy lunch at your own expense (about 120 minutes)

Taste delicious Dongdong taro balls (about 30 minutes)

Take photos at the romantic Tai Hang Lovers Bridge (about 30 minutes)

Admire the colorful sea of flowers in Zhongshe (about 45 minutes)

Rainbow Village

Watch the sunset at Gaomei Wetland (stay until after sunset)

Glad we joined this romantic tour. It was an unforgettable experience for me and my partner. Went to various places in Taichung. Our driver/guide was very friendly and is great at taking photos. Even if he does not speak English, he made an effort to converse with us via translation apps. Also, we love his song playlist! It made the car ride and the tour as a whole better than it already is.

The tour led by our tour guide Kazi was really great! He was not only knowledgeable and interesting, but also took care of every tourist's needs throughout the trip, making the whole trip full of joy and gain. Kazi's passion for Taichung's attractions/culture infected us, and the historical stories were brought to life, and there was constant laughter along the way! The itinerary was well organized, and there was no pressure to rush. Kazi also recommended local food to us, helped us take photos, and other details, and the service was meticulous and thoughtful.
