The church is magnificent and filled with awe. There’s a few great spots for viewing, including the roof terrace and the church hall. As it is an ancient monument, expect big crowd packed with tourists. Most signs are in Italian and you will need to ask the locals for explanation.

Easy to get in to the roof with the pre purchased tickets, a short line. From the roof you go down to the magnificent church abby, very convenient.

You have to start by taking the elevator to the top floor first, walk around the top floor of the Duomo, and walk up the stairs to the roof. We prefer walking around the top floor more than the roof because there are many people on the roof. After that, there is a staircase to walk down and appear in the cathedral. No need to go out to queue outside. Very convenient. The cathedral is much less beautiful than the architecture outside. After that, go to the museum. Enter through the door on the left. If you go to the right, there will be other exhibitions that are not included in the ticket. In the museum, there is an entrance to the church, which has old frescoes. The entrance fee is included in the ticket. Very worthwhile. We spent 4 hours to enter all the places. Very full.

Duomo Cathedral and the rooftop must be seen during trip to Milan. It’s suggested to take lift to the rooftop though an extra €5 is charged. Buying tickets beforehand is highly recommended as there could be long queue for buying tickets. Just go to the lift at the northern side of Duomo and scan your barcode for entrance. Hassle free and relaxing.

A good visit for a historic European Church, where you will admired the architecture that had lasted over hundred of years and how it was constructed. Equally impressive is the art work and how it was maintained in modern times.

I was sceptical at first as how to meet or do the tour. Actually very easy. Just show yr voucher and do a self tour. Free and easy. Going down you have many steps. Overall its something that I wouldnt miss.

The square directly in front of Milan Cathedral is under construction, as are the roof and sides, so it's not as photogenic. Everything else is nice though.

The first place I visited on my first trip to Europe was the Duomo. I had my reservation QR code voucher ready, and when I went to the entrance, the staff member helped me smoothly. I felt the power and grandeur of the building. I climbed the stairs to the rooftop, and enjoyed the view along the way.

The view from the top of Milan Cathedral is absolutely stunning!! You absolutely must go up there when you visit!!!
