North Point｜Leisurely Stay at Alexandra Hotel with Dining Offers Hotel Alexandra｜Accommodation with buffet breakfast, afternoon tea, and buffet dinner

This was my first stay at the Alexandra Hotel, and I absolutely loved the decor—it was grand and beautiful, perfectly fitting for Valentine's Day. The staff were well-trained and incredibly friendly. As for Cafe A, the buffet experience was excellent, one of the best I've had in Hong Kong. The food selection was vast and plentiful, so there was no need to rush. The staff were friendly and polite, and most importantly, the food quality was superb. The Western-style cold platters included cheese, ham, smoked salmon, sirloin steak, pan-fried foie gras, king crab legs, and a wide variety of cooked dishes—everything you could want. Red and white wine were also unlimited. The sashimi selection was slightly better than other hotels in the same category, and the Chinese soups were also excellent. The desserts were anything but sloppy; you could tell all the food was prepared with great care. Overall, I'm 10/10 satisfied with the accommodation. The room was clean with a nice view, and I was particularly pleased with the buffet experience. Highly recommended!

The entrance is obscure. It was hard to find. Room was clean and comfortable. The semi buffet dinner was very good. All in all, it is worth the stay!

Overall the service of the hotel is good, except for the bathroom amenity, suggested to provide with set of tooth brush + tooth paste, shower cap and cotton bud

I booked one room through kkday with request - "anniversary" and one direct with the hotel with request - "birthday". The one through kkday received one piece of complimentary cut cake with anniversay greetings. But the one booked direct got nothing. I saw reviews said that people received a bottle of wine and a birthday cake. Conclusion - DO NOT BOOK DIRECT. For checkin, the Reception very kind to remind me that he gave me an upgrade harbourview room. But then he spolied it by saying that it was not full seaview. If full seaview it will not be this price, Go to Four Seaons. Very puzzled. The Afternoon Tea set was very generous with a glass of wine but quality of the food was so and so. The scone was not fresh and so crumbly that it fell apart when I cut open it. But the service of the staff was excellent.

Clean, tidy, convenient for entry and exit, easy for purchasing supplies, and has good sound insulation.

The front desk staff were friendly and polite, and upgraded us to a suite, which was new, clean, and comfortable. Dinner offered a wide selection of main courses, cold dishes, salads, sashimi, oysters, and desserts; for a semi-buffet, it was quite abundant, and my family and I enjoyed the meal very much.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The staff thoughtfully arranged window seats for us during afternoon tea, and the food was delicious, clearly made with care; both the desserts and savory snacks were excellent. The lobby entrance was a bit hard to find as it's on the basement level, and the breakfast buffet selection was relatively limited, but these factors didn't detract from the overall stay experience.

Because the room upgraded to a suite, very large, spacious, very happy 🥳 And the semi-buffet dinner starter is very fresh and delicious, not only frozen taste, sashimi especially salmon and octopus are very delicious, sweet variety of delicious 😋 The only disappointment in the main course, steak 50% cooked is hard to incredible, pork fillet smelly pig taste, we ate a few bites gave up 🙁, but the overall price is super worth it 👍🏻

This is already the third stay this year. Each time the room area is the same, but the furniture inside is different, last time placed a sofa bed, making the space cramped; this time only placed a desk and chairs, spacious space, so each stay is a different feeling. This time I stayed in a high-rise flat with a glimpse of the sea. Semi-buffet dinner, still nonetheless.
