Wait for 30 minutes due to Christmas traffic. Good to have a place to refuel and rest before the trip begins.

It was awesome experience. Redemption method was nothing but a swift. Polite staff, the food is sumptuous, wide range of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Unfortunately the shower area is closed. I understand maybe because it is pandemic and they are short staffed. But above anything else, it was a relaxing and perfect stay in plaza premium lounge.

I was chasing a coupon for the airport lounge at HKIA because I had a really long stopover. Other sites didn't have anything available, and those that did only had them for late afternoon bookings. KKday was able to get me a 12 hour pass for a very reasonable price 😊

You can buy it and use it immediately without printing it out. Since I had a very early flight, I arrived at the airport the night before, bought the voucher, ate something in the lounge, and then found a place to close my eyes and rest. It's an option for spending the night at the airport.

I hope there can be more variety in the main dishes, and I hope the selection of alcoholic beverages and cocktails can be improved; ordering only one type felt a bit empty.

During my transit in Hong Kong, I chose the Plaza Premium Lounge near Gate 1. I used the showers and felt my travel fatigue washed away. The food in the Plaza Premium Lounge was delicious, and the staff were attentive and friendly. I'll definitely visit again if I have the chance.

I can have a private space to rest and enjoy delicious food. I can relax before a long flight. I think it is a very good moment and appreciate the preparation and quiet environment of the VIP lounge.

I went to the VIP lounge near Gate 1, where I could make an appointment for a shower when I checked in, which was very convenient. Although there are many users, it becomes comfortable after the peak hours. As others have said, it was hot in the lounge, which was a shame. The fish ball rice noodle is delicious.
