It was a wonderful experience for the family. The guide is detailed in explaining the stars and constellation and the use of laser pointer helped to direct our attention to the mentioned stars. We felt really pleased with the service provided by this tour. The tour guide communicated well with us to make sure we knew how to find the bus at Taichung HSR and what time we would be picked up from the hotel. As it turned out, the weather was not suitable for stargazing but the tour guide provided a trip to see the sunrise at Hehuanshan as an alternative. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and answered questions about the night sky and the local environment at Hehuanshan. We were really impressed by how cheerful and professional this service was.

Only Hehuan Mountain in Taiwan has obtained the Silver Level Dark Sky Park certification. It was the first time I saw the moon so bright and big. It seemed fake. You could see the lines on the moon. It was a very special feeling.

The tour guide was very considerate and prepared coats and hot ginger tea for everyone because they were worried about the cold. The stargazing teacher introduced the stars carefully and taught everyone how to take photos. He also used the starry sky as the background to take photos for everyone. It was really wonderful.
