Had a really great time at Marble Mountains and Hoi An. Thanks to our tour guide Phuc who was very entertaining and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone out there.

I used it only for transportation. Both the trip and return were on time and stress-free. I could also communicate within the app.

I thought the price was just for transportation, but there was a tour guide. I was inconvenienced because I didn't understand English, but the guide supported me using a translation app. I'm very grateful. Thank you very much.

Da Nang → Marble Mountains We were the only passengers in a taxi-like vehicle. Marble Mountains → Hoi An, Hoi An → Da Nang We were given a ride in a van with other passengers. We communicated on WhatsApp and were informed of the vehicle's license plate number just before the ride. We booked the day before and all the vehicles arrived on time. As other reviews have said, we were not guided by a guide. They may be arranging vans and taxis on an ad-hoc basis each time. At the end, we asked if we could be taken directly to the hotel in Da Nang, but we were told that it would cost an additional 50k, so we gave up. We were satisfied because we had enough time to see both tourist sites.

I thought they would just take us there by bus, but they showed us around and it was really fun. 15 people gathered.

When I asked if we could move the date of the reservation by one day due to the influence of the typhoon, they kindly agreed. The voucher was for the previous date, so I was quite worried whether the date could really be changed, but they kindly replied to my persistent emails and I felt relieved. The response speed was also quick. We were the only Japanese people on the tour, and we shared the bus with foreigners from other tours, but our guide, Orang, used a translation app to ask if we wanted to go to the Marble Mountains together, and we listened to the explanation and went around together. If we had acted separately, we might have been late for the meeting time because we didn't know how long it would take to see the Marble Mountains, so I was glad that we could go around together. However, we were unable to go to the paid cave where Son Goku was trapped, which I was looking forward to, so I wish we could have gone there as well. They also explained the meeting time and location in Hoi An using a translation app, and contacted us via LINE to change the time. Our guide, Orang, was also kind and gentle. I had heard that it was difficult to catch a Grab from Hoi An, so I was relieved to be taken on this tour.

It was a simple tour with only transportation to and from Marble Mountain and Hoi An, but our guide, Mr. Haichau, gave us a thorough tour. He was a wonderful guide who was kind to me from start to finish, using a translation app, even though I don't speak English. I was nervous before getting on the boat, but thanks to the guide, I was able to get on safely and it was a wonderful trip, and I am truly grateful. Thank you so much, Mr. Haichau.

Everyone who accompanied me was very nice and it was a great memory! The guide's English was a bit difficult to understand as it had a Vietnamese accent, but he was very personable.

Although it is a simple transfer, after all, there is still a long distance from Da Nang to Hoi An. It happens to pass Marble Mountain in the middle, so I took my luggage and got on the bus (an additional fee of 100,000vnd is required). If it rains, it is not recommended to climb into the caves of Marble Mountain. Some places are more complicated. It’s dangerous, and you need to assess your physical condition before walking, because the stairs are really high! The suggestion is to buy a ticket and take the elevator up the mountain to the innermost cave. An hour and a half is more than enough. After gathering, get off the train directly in Hoi An and check into Hoi An.
