Coron Town Half-Day Tour | Philippines

Visit several places which is hard to reach by walk, especially the hot spring. Relax and interesting.

Highly recommended private coron town tour. We really enjoyed it.

This tour is great for beginning of Coron visit. it aquaints you with several key spots in the city. The final stop is 1 hour at the hot springs and the whole tour only cost about the same as a separate trip to the hot springs alone. the climb up Mt. Tapas is 723 steps up but the view from the top is phenomenal.

Sir Rico Oftana of Millenial Travel and Tours is such a fun tour guide. Even went the extra mile to cater to our needs. This activity is recommended during the 1st day, as a warm up. If you arrive in Coron in the early morning and you have spare time in the afternoon and night. Lualhati park: Picture taking. Mt. Tapyas Road: souvenir shopping (highly recommended: Casoy for the gods), Mt. Tapyas View deck: appreciation of Coron Town. Very beautiful view up there but you need to endure 700++ steps going up, 700++ steps going down. Physically challenging and might not be suitable for people with mobility issues or heart ailments. The view for every 100 steps is rewarding, though. A once in a lifetime opp. to climb Mt. Tapyas and have a 360 view of Coron town. Maquinit Hotspring is a hit both for adults and kids. Great way to relax the muscles after climbing up the stairs to Mt. Tapyas.

Great experience Mt. Tapyas and Maquinit Hot Spring. It's difficult to climb Mt Tapyas if the weather is hot

I was promised a picked up between 3.30-4.00pm but the driver arrived at 4.20pm. Every stops were quite short, even shopping for souvenirs was rushing. I enjoyed the maquinit spring the most. The environment was magnificent.

We visited the main tourist spots in Coron Town and also stopped by a souvenir shop. It was my first time in the area, but I felt at ease and was able to get to know the atmosphere of the place, so it was fun! Places we visited (sorry I don't have the official names lol, they are listed in the tour introduction) ・Park (where the statue of I am CORON is located, also used as a meeting place for island hopping tours) ・Church (I think I was told it is the oldest on Coron Island) ・Mountain with 720 steps (there is a sign with the word "CORON" at the top, and it is lit up at night. It looks like a "HOLLYWOOD" sign.) ・Souvenir shop (there are a lot of dried goods such as cashew nuts and squid, but there were other things too. I bought a lot of things at reasonable prices) ・Maquinit Hot Spring (it was really good. You can stay in for an hour, so it's a good idea to bring a swimsuit.) I applied for the tour because I wanted to go to Maquinit Hot Spring, and when I actually went there, I was able to relax by soaking in the beautiful hot spring. Maquinit Hot Springs is quite far from the mainland, so I thought about walking there from Coron Town, but it was a good decision to take the tour. I also learned about other famous tourist spots on Coron Island, and I stayed in Coron Town for about two days later, but I was able to get to know the area and I was able to see some places because I was on a tour, so it was really good. I asked if I could change the pick-up location just before the tour, and they responded immediately, and I was also able to ask for pick-up and drop-off services after that, so I was really grateful. The price was about half if I had taken the shared tour, but at the reservation stage, I could only apply for a private tour (used in February 2025, booked in October 2024), so I thought about changing to a shared tour later, but I don't speak English fluently, and I thought the price was very reasonable even for a private tour, so I went ahead with it.

Participated in a half-day tour of Coron Island. The pick-up and drop-off were on time. The driver was very talkative and nice. The service at the souvenir shop was very good. At night, the temperature of the underwater hot spring was slightly higher and it was very comfortable to soak in.

Wonderful experience

I basically went to all the spots in the town, and I went to five spots. The mountain climbing was great, and the scenery was beautiful. The driver bought me water. The hot spring didn’t flush, but I went back to the hotel after soaking, so it was okay! ! ! On the way to the hot springs, it's not a paved road and you might feel sick... Fortunately it's only 30 minutes...
