Nice experience, worth to visit.

Staff will give you a bracelet with 2 small buttons which can redeem 2 beers at the end of the experience in a bar inside. And during the experience, staff will give you one beer to taste after brew your ride. So 3 beers in total. Price was cheaper than the official website. Nice experience.

Worth it, get free drink

This is a great museum of Heineken Beer's history with lots for the beer fan or heritage buff. There's entertaining interactive activities and you do get to sample the beer. I enjoyed the tour and highly recommend.

Great experience conducted in English and the staff were very friendly. We ordered a few personalised Heineken Beer as souvenirs, which we personalised our own text / names on the bottle for either €6.5 each or €10 / 2 bottles. I do recommend to prebook tickets on KKDAY or the official website in advance, so that you can skip the ticket queue.

Interesting and fun experience, they gave out 2 free beers at the end of the experience

Although I couldn't fully understand the guided tour, I could feel the staff's dedication and enthusiasm. Following their explanations, I personally experienced how to taste Heineken (for the first cup) and even got to have a second cup at the end for a perfect ending. The facilities were also very interesting, so I highly recommend participating!

It was quite interesting to get to know the history and the process of beer production, the staff explained vividly and most importantly there would be three beers at the end!

The entrance was quite smooth. I originally found out that children can enter for free and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided. However, when I entered on the day, I was told that children could not enter. I had to enter separately from my father. People with children should pay attention.
