Highly recommend Seastar (www.seastarandaman.com). Very good and professional service. The crew is very attenive to details and well organized, eg they provided spray(actually just shower gel but it worked) for the goggles to avoid fogging, proper instructions of how to wear lifejacket(the straps as leg loops), very good guides (eg Moana). As i am not good at swimming, she took very good care of us, providing a floating board to hold (a "taxi") and drove us to the areas where the different kinds of nemos, sea stars and corals are. And the fins and towels are free of charge, not even deposit. This is better than another agency that I went with for Similian Islands. Once there is comparison, then you know which one is the best and Seastar definitely is the best. By the ways, their coconut ice cream is very good - they served different food at the pier after the tour.

Super beautiful white sand. The sand on Gypsy's side is so big that you can walk to their village. The sea is very shallow and very special.

Although the day was cloudy, Surin Island was beautiful. The sea water was clean and it was an exciting trip with a friendly guide.

I was really satisfied with the Kista Surin Island tour. The staff was friendly and helped a lot with snorkeling. There were also life jackets. However, the staff of the Kista Similan Tour kept running away in the middle. And they don't even give you a life jacket when you come back. So after I went to the Similan tour, I canceled the other Sistar tour. The rice was delicious on the Surin Island tour, but I couldn't even eat the Similan.

The pick-up time has been re-determined before departure, but for some reason, I waited for an hour in the hotel lobby to pick up the car, but the customer service is good, follow up and keep in touch and apologize. The corals at the snorkeling spot are beautiful, especially memo.

This travel agency is good, they respond to my messages immediately. The driver was late at the pick-up time, but I contacted them via KKday chat at 6:00 am and they responded immediately to resolve the problem. Regarding the tour, it's quite tiring and I don't know if it's worth it. It was 1:40 by car from Karon Bach to the port, 1:30 by boat to the island, on the way back 1:30 by boat from the island to the port and 2:00 from the port to Karon beach. There were 3 45-minute snorkeling dives and in my opinion I didn't think it was worth it for the transportation time and the cost of the tour.
