This was very helpful when check out was at 11am and the flight was at night. You can go around Busan and not worry about your luggage. I wish there was more services around Korea

This time when I traveled to Busan, I used the service of sending luggage to the airport from a Busan hotel. Although I found that I could not upload photos of my suitcase when I left, I added the official line using the email sent the night before departure. Soon, Zimcarry accepted my photos on the line. I sent the luggage at the hotel, and then I could continue my journey very lightly. I didn't have to drag my luggage on the MRT to find a storage space. I would also be notified by email immediately when the luggage was picked up and delivered. This service is really great.

I was taken from Gimhae Airport to the Westin Hotel in Haeundae. The airport is compact, and it's very easy to go from arrival to check-in, as you just take the escalator up and go to the back left and you'll see the yellow counter. The flight arrived around 1pm, but before going to Haeundae, I was able to enjoy Lotte Department Store, Gukje Market, Jagalchi Market, etc. When I arrived at the hotel at 6:30pm, my luggage had arrived and it was very smooth. The staff at Jim Carrey were also kind and spoke simple English! Even if you don't speak Korean or English, you can just show them your voucher and they will help you.

Excellent service, friendly response and communication, fast and efficient, and able to reply immediately, highly recommended! No need to push the luggage around, it is very convenient to pick it up at the airport.
