This was very helpful when check out was at 11am and the flight was at night. You can go around Busan and not worry about your luggage. I wish there was more services around Korea

Used this service to send my bags from Busan Train station to Hauendae hotel so that we could explore Jagalgi Market area and Gamcheon Village the whole afternoon without having to worry about luggage. Saved a lot of time and provided flexibility to our plans.

I stayed at two different hotels for two nights, so it was great to be able to go empty-handed. There was a procedure to take and save photos on the day, but I was worried that I would not be able to do it properly because it was in Korean. However, I was relieved to see the photos of the items being collected. It would have been even better if there was an English page.

This was my first time using luggage delivery, but there is no better service than this! I used it because I had to transfer twice from the airport to the hotel, so I was able to go sightseeing right away. I also booked a trip from the hotel to the airport on the way back. My suitcase was heavy on the way back, but I was able to get to the airport easily. The staff at Jim Carrey were also very kind and helpful in Japanese. Thank you very much.

I had to change trains twice from the airport to the hotel, and it was raining, so I was able to travel without luggage and it was really comfortable. I also booked my return luggage right away. The staff were also very kind and helpful. Thank you very much.

Really convenient! Taking a red-eye flight, I had to run my schedule and check in my luggage in the morning, so it was really comfortable to start my trip with nothing in my hands. On the way back to take a late flight, I also used ZIM to take me to the airport first!

I was able to leave my large luggage at Busan Station. I was able to go directly to where I wanted to go without stopping at the hotel. My luggage arrived safely in the evening. I recommend it.
