bought but 1 get 1 free voucher. location at B1, not hard to find. since we have filled up all the info, just show them the voucher, left our bags and done. will use them again. thanks!!

It is pretty seamless to drop off your luggages but there seems to be no proper way to track which baggage is which. If its yours or not. I guess they have to add that in their releasing process. Otherwise, everything was great :)

I asked a question on chat and got a quick response, which was reassuring. The baggage deposit area only had the word kkday written in small letters, so I couldn't find it right away. The bags were lined up in front of the store, so I was worried about them being stolen, but it was fine.

The AIRPORTELs counter is located on the B2F of Takashimaya. You can find it by going downstairs from LOBBY B. LOBBY B is on the west side of the building and the counter is just behind the escalator. This time I was lucky enough to meet a similar department store manager on B1 who directly assisted and led me all the way from the diagonal of the building to the counter, so it was very smooth. If travelers arrange their last day of the trip to Iconsiam, they can consider leaving their luggage here, which is very convenient. However, the merchant returns the luggage in good faith. No number tags are used for confirmation of storage and collection. When retrieving the luggage, the passenger needs to identify the luggage themselves and the merchant will assist in retrieving it. Therefore, you should be careful to avoid taking the wrong luggage during the collection process.
