Great communication. The transport company contacted me 24 hours prior to departure with the details and this was followed by the driver himself 12 hours before departure. The driver was also on time for the pick up.

Convenient point-to-point pick-up from our hotel in Sapa to our hotel in Hanoi. The ride was also relatively safe and comfortable. We were able to get to Hanoi in 6 hours, including the two rest stops we made along the way.

We waited for quite a while at the hotel for the driver. A replacement driver, Mr Kham was assigned to send us from Hanoi to Sapa. Other than the hiccup, everything went smoothly and we safely reached Sapa. Thanks!

Car information was sent the night before via whatsapp. Vehicle could sit 9 pax, smooth ride, about 6 hours (inclusive of 2 stops for toilet breaks). Overall a good experience, not too expensive, we felt it was worth than having to lie down on the sleeper bus or even the overnight train.

The driver picked us up and dropped us from our hotel which is convenient and saved us some money on taxis. Seats were randomly assigned. Mid section seats are the best.
