The time was very punctual, the wind and waves were not big and the boat was very stable. It was not crowded.

I made a reservation and was able to process the procedure quickly. On the day, the counter was very crowded. I would like to use it again.

I made a reservation for the ferry to Gapado Island, but it would have been better if I had done it directly on the website because there was no waiting line for tickets. If you make a reservation through KKDAY, you can get a slight discount, but the line was longer when purchasing tickets on site.

There is direct bus from the airport to the port (terminal), so it's very not troublesome to access. There are friendly staff willing to help, given very detailed information that you won't miss anything. But so sad the weather was not good so only can choose to travel one island. The staff who helped me with the ticket said she will manage the refund for me. Everything was just fine, even I was the only non-korean there. Marado was very very windy that can literally blow you away... So be careful!!
