The transfer left on time and the ride was comfortable. The return trip left at noon with the option to be dropped off at Hoi An city center or the tour office meeting point. Note the driver did not speak any English.

Pick up and return on time. Totally new bus. The only improvement will be to turn on the Aircon a few minutes before letting us get in. It's like an oven for the first few minutes.

The driver picked me up on time with a air con’ car. We were a small group of 4pax and I had company with 3 other nice guys from a hotel!

Well organized and our tour guide was extremely friendly and funny! Definitely a must do for anyone interested in the history of Vietnam.

Guide was Tom and driver Kiem. Tom had good info on the site, but sometimes difficult to understand the first time. Had a small lunch back on the boat and free water. My Son is nice, many people, but with right technique, up close with ultra wide angle i managed to take photos without people.

The bus was very comfortable, a bottle of water was delivered to each person, and the tour guide explained in Meishan, it was really good value for money. It's just that the tour guide's English is very poor.

The guide is easy on the bus, but it talks about My Son's shit. If you pass the money to the guide, you will also be able to buy the entrance ticket for the archeological site because it will be bought for the applicant. He came to pick me up at the hotel, but on the way back he was dropped off a little away from the old town and walked away. You don't have to send it to everybody's hotel, but I wish you could get off at some places near the center. Can't help thinking about the price?

When calling a grab car, you must use the address given on kkday and get on and off at the meeting time. It is very convenient

Highly recommended for those who want to explore freely instead of on a tour.

I used it for a solo trip to My Son ruins. A van was parked at the meeting point, and I wrote my name on the list and set off. It took just under an hour to get to the ruins. On the way, I overtook motorbikes and other cars on the narrow roads, so it was a little nerve-wracking, but generally there was no risk of accidents. When I arrived at the parking lot of the ruins, I checked what time the van was leaving and took a photo of it to be safe. They usually wait at the parked spot, so if you go about 10 minutes before departure, they will leave before the time if there are enough passengers to get in the car, so be careful. The inside of the car was air-conditioned, which was great in the summer. Overall, I felt that the service was worth more than the price.
