It's easy to redeem the wifi. I was redeem the wifi at Taoyuan Airport on the departure level. I asked them could I return the wifi at the same place since the location for return would be different. They say yes and yeah I could return at the same place when I was picked up the wifi. The process it was simple. I only show them the QR Code, they were checked it and voila I received the wifi. I can use this wifi when I do hiking even in Alishan or Sun Moon Lake which is far from the city. The connection it was really good anddddd more of all, the battery was so long lasting. This is my first time receive portable wifi which has long lasting battery. You don't need powerbank for it!

Overall, I'm still a satisfied customer. The service has been dependable across most of my experiences, and the GPS issue on that one foggy day was more of an exception than the rule.
