Intensive but is a good introduction to the sport

Great for all level players.

This was one of the highlights of my vacation. I came as a beginner and quickly learned a nice set of techniques. If you want to try Muay Thai I absolutely recommend Krudam. I would also like to encourage all women to try this. I felt really save and respected.

I really enjoyed my private class here. I’ve always wanted to try Muay Thai and thought where better than to have my first class than Thailand. The vibe there was great and the solo class had the perfect mixture of laughs and teaching. I appreciate that they took the class seriously, and treated me like a student rather than a tourist. I learned a lot about techniques, that I won’t forget and will be practicing at home. Awesome class, great workout, and amazing people! Will be going back next time I am in Bangkok! ขอบคุณครับ!

The instructors were very friendly and although they couldn’t really speak english the session was easily understandable. The session is good for beginners to muay thai as well!

The coach is very friendly. Whether you are a novice or want to improve your Muay Thai skills, the coach will teach according to your aptitude. The environment is well ventilated. Recommended 👍

I worked up a good sweat and had fun, and the content was really good too.

It was my first time experiencing Muay Thai. I went to the information desk near the entrance 15 minutes before the lesson, checked in, and waited there until the time! When the time came, the instructor came and taught us. The lesson started with warming up with a jump rope! The instructor was very kind and taught us in English. He also spoke to us in Japanese ^^ The final stretching and muscle training was quite tough, but it was a good experience. If you make a reservation, I recommend a one-on-one session. They teach you carefully and thoroughly. It was a really great experience. I'm happy that I was able to buy a souvenir T-shirt. I'd definitely like to come again. Thank you so much to all the staff and instructors.

An authentic Muay Thai experience. Starting with stretching, launching, and rope skipping training, you can then hit the pads with the trainer. The trainers were very kind and I was able to have fun while experiencing Muay Thai. I participated alone this time, but I enjoyed it.

It was my first experience, but I had a lot of fun.
