I felt safe knowing that the driver was the same as when I used Zenkyou. I was able to travel long distances comfortably and it was a satisfying trip. This time, the plan was only for two nights and three days, but I thought it would be good if they could offer a one night and two days plan.

It would be helpful if responses from the customer service team at Golden Dragon could be more timely. We were not informed about the details of the driver until we urgently called customer service prior the day we arrive. While the driver was kind, he had limited English proficiency, and we had to rely on a translator throughout the journey. Additionally, the condition of the car could be improved to enhance the customer experience, especially considering this was a long 6-hour trip. It would also be appreciated if a water bottle could be provided on the first day of the journey to make the ride more comfortable.
