Our tour guide/driver is absolutely fantastic. From the moment we started the journey, it was clear that he was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely passionate about the places we were visiting. He shared insightful details about each stop, making the entire tour much more meaningful and enjoyable. What truly stood out was his patience and kindness. When my family and I ended up at the wrong pick-up location, he went above and beyond to make sure we were still able to join the group. He patiently told us to wait at the spot we were at and even turned around to fetch us, which we really appreciated. I am so grateful for the wonderful experience and would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Sydney. Thank you for making our day unforgettable!

The trip is well planned despite the froggy weather on Blue Mountain. Anyway, the tour guide, Alfie, did a great job in introducing the tourist spots to us.

The tour guide Alfie is friendly and humorous. The trip is in good pace, you would not feel rush. The animal is so adorable, and the ride in blue mountain trip is so unique than other place.

Pick up was delayed at the 2nd pickup point (Holiday Inn) due to latecomers at the 1st pickup point. Other than that, tour was smooth and a great experience overall. Enough time in both Sydney zoo and the Blue Mountains. Beautiful scenery up at the mountains. At the end of a tiring and fun trip, the bus sent us back to the pickup points so we could rest and relax on the trip back. Shoutout to Alfie our tour guide, who could speak in both English and Chinese for our tour group.
