The Redemption counter is near the arrival hall gate at terminal 4. For passengers who arrive at terminal 4, this is a good choice because you can get EZ-link card with enough credits to take the bus to the city and top-up later at some MRT station. No need to go to terminal 2 MRT station to buy and top-up the EZ-link card.

It's very convenient and easy to use! I can go anywhere with just this one item. I hope they release a mobile version too.
