Dinner at Ru Xi costs under 1000 yuan, but it's great value for money. It includes roast duck, steak, sashimi, German pork knuckle, crab, and beef noodles 🤣. The basic dishes are all similar, but Ru Xi excels in its seasoning and the chef's skill in controlling the heat. Every dish is perfectly seasoned, from the creamy scallops and diced beef in the deli section to even the dipping sauce for the crab – the flavors are just right. The salad dressing isn't sour, but has a rich fruity flavor 👍. Even the crispy skin of the roast duck has a hint of pepper. The deli section is my favorite buffet recently. The skillful use of heat was evident in the steak and teppanyaki rolls, but the fried shrimp cakes on the frying station were particularly impressive! They were fried perfectly evenly, without any clumping, and crumbled easily with a light bite. You'd want to grab several pieces after just one bite. The sashimi was cut on the thicker side, bringing out the sweetness and aroma of the salmon and tuna. 👍 If Xiangxiang's salmon was an 80, then Ruxi's was a 90. It's a pity there were only three types of fish, limiting the choices. As for dessert, while it was average, the act of handing out candied hawthorns was quite generous. They also thoughtfully provided brown sugar ginger tea, with a sign reminding customers to drink it after eating raw seafood to warm their stomachs. Overall, although the menu was limited, everything was delicious. The desserts were average, but there was a wide variety, with the tiramisu and New York cheesecake being particularly good. Actually, the 996 yuan price tag (including service charge, purchased online) allows for three hours of dining. With a spacious interior and excellent service, it's truly fantastic!
