Very reliable and cheap deal! KKday help support was very dependable. Took a wrong bus from Taipei and ended up at Yilan bus station instead. Missed the collection timing and the shop was close + uncontactable. KKday help support assisted and rearranged collection to the next morning. Fuss free collection and return. Helmet/ disposable raincoat was provided. Very convenient. Highly Recommended.
