We participated with a Japanese guide. He explained the factory and the history of tea very carefully and enthusiastically. It was very interesting to see the vault-like warehouse that still remains in the factory, the tea leaf processing machines, and the many plates used for the wooden boxes for export. And I was able to feel the wonderful attitude of not only protecting and passing on traditions, but also trying to use everything carefully. After the one-hour guided tour, we were able to taste the tea, and we were also given sweets and a small cup. The design on this cup is the two deers that were printed on the wooden boxes for export in the past, and I was very happy to receive a wonderful gift. It was a great deal for the price with so much to offer. Unfortunately, Hsinchu Guanxi is not well known to Japanese people because there is little information in Japanese, but by participating in this tour, you can learn about Guanxi, including the Taiwanese Black Tea Industry Culture Museum. It is also recommended for Japanese people because it has a historical connection with Japan.
