Wonderful family rm with nearby playroom. experienced earthquake during stay, staff checked elevator and ensured everything is functioning well to reassure us on safety. Breakfast buffet is of high variety and good quality

The room is big and the children like it very much. There are different toys for the children to play with.

Found the room a little small and cramped after the addition of the bunk bed. It seems the listing photos were taken zoomed out in 0.5 mode probably? Definitely still great. The kids LOVED it. Our room was right next to the play room which was open 9am - 9pm. Worth the hefty price tag, but maybe not for families who want to explore Taiwan because your children will not want to leave the hotel haha.

Traveling with my mother in her 60s and two children ages 4 and 7. Taiwan gets a lot of rain, and our main purpose was to go to a concert, so we didn't plan to go sightseeing far away. We chose this hotel because we wanted to prioritize a place where our children could have fun in the hotel. There were four playrooms, and the room we stayed in had lots of kids' beds and toys, and it was a cute and lovely room! The children were delighted, and they played on the bed like a secret base, played with their toys by themselves, and watched YouTube, so we were able to have a leisurely drink with my mother, which was appreciated by the adults. The breakfast buffet also had a menu that children could eat, such as fruit and bread, which was helpful. Overall, it was delicious. There were convenience stores, supermarkets, and McDonald's around the hotel, so we stayed for two nights, and we had no problems even though it had been a long time since we last traveled abroad. Thank you very much.

The bunk beds for kids in the room are so cute! But my second child keeps coughing when he sleeps at the bottom, probably because he didn’t clean it thoroughly. Although the Hand in Hand Park is small, the play equipment is of first-class quality and does not require much sharing. It is suitable for parents who can use their creativity to play with their children (otherwise the children will quickly get bored of playing alone). The children's swimming pool is very small, and the sauna is limited to a certain age, so it's a pity that there are no water activities.

The whole experience from check-in to check-out was very comfortable and satisfying. The management of Hand in Hand Playground is also very kind and friendly. The children had a lot of fun playing both inside and outside the room. And that little bathrobe is so cute!

The store is very good. The environment is a bit old but acceptable. I hope it can be cheaper. I will visit again.

We used this hotel for our 11-month-old and 4-year-old children's first overseas trip! Because my children sleep badly, I was afraid to let them sleep in the bed, but this room had a bed for children, so we didn't have to worry. We got apple juice every day! There were two rainy days, but they had fun playing in the four playrooms without getting bored. If you ask the receptionist, they will lend you a controller for the Switch. It wasn't that crowded, and the facilities were clean. Everyone must wear socks when using the playroom. My 4-year-old is a bit picky, but the hotel breakfast had natto and noodles, so he was able to eat them. Although we couldn't check out late, we could use the room until 12 noon, which was helpful. There were many shops around the hotel, such as 7-Eleven, McDonald's, Family Mart, supermarkets, and 50 Arashi, so it was convenient to buy souvenirs and snacks. It was also close to Zendouji Station Exit 2, so it was very convenient.

We stayed from 4/30 to 5/1. The environment was very good and comfortable, but the game space in the Hand in Hand Playground would be insufficient if more than two or three families of children participated.
