Well organised trip that allowed us to cover the folk village and Hwa Saeng fortress efficiently and comprehensively. Ms Laura was a good tour guide.

the travel went smoothly. our tour guide.ricky was quite knowledgable of the places and gave enough time to enjoy the sites. He made sure that everyone was comfortable and on time so no delays. Recommended for everyone who wants to truly immerse on korean culture.

Suwon hwaseong fortress in the afternoon was great, lotsa photo taking as we hiked on the inside of the fortress under the guidance of the tour guide sam who is a multi-linguist and history enthusiast and he gave us a deep dive of the history behind the fortress. We visited the korean folk village at night to catch their korean ethnic dance show which was very good. But it was so crowded that we had to watch the show via other people’s camera videos or wait until people in front decided to exit. We got to eat gukbap at their cafeteria. it was super crowded in autumn everywhere but the weather at night was freezing cold (partly cos we exposed our feet at the pavilion before the show)! If you are coming to korean folk village at night, layer warmly!! Recovered from the cold a day later, thank goodness

It was a good tour although during the time that we went, there were many students, from kinder to highschool who were also there for their field trip. it was highly educational and I learned about the Korean culture from this tour

An enjoyable outing with our tour guide, Sally Park who was very patient and always advised us to take extra care while going up and down the steep stairs around the Fortress. Visit to the interesting Korean Folk Village nearby is a must when in Suwon.

The places visited are beautiful and full of historical moments. A great place to take pictures and a stroll with your family. Helena our tour guide with her team provides excellent service and we couldn't be happier than to have them. Theu offered assistance to my wheelchair bound father at all times. I am very touched by their sincerity and i really appreciate their every help.

The Folk Culture Village we visited in the morning was really great! The tour guide said that it was not fake, and every house here actually existed. They were moved directly from the local area to this place and became part of the folk village. There were houses ranging from commoners' homes to the homes of nobles such as the yangban, as well as government offices. The tour guide also introduced the process of interrogating prisoners in the Joseon Dynasty. It was so realistic. If it hadn't rained, there would have been performances to watch. In the afternoon, we visited Suwon Hwaseong Fortress. Although it was also rebuilt, it was restored exactly as it was originally built. We could fully feel the aura of the entire city. It was very majestic and spectacular. The tour guide also explained the history of Hwaseong to us in detail while taking us around, and we listened with great interest! The Nanmen Market was very lively in the evening, with everything available. I happily ate and drank to my heart’s content and bought a lot of souvenirs. The whole trip was super great! If I have the chance to come to Korea again next time, I would like to take the same itinerary again to make up for the regret of not being able to visit properly due to the heavy rain this time.

I really like this one-day tour of Suwon. The tour guide shared a lot of historical stories on the bus and told us a lot of small details when we got there. It was a very informative trip!
