Passengers who have booked shuttle bus service will gather at Hanoi Tower, 49 Hai Ba Trung, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi for departure to Halong. You can also travel on your own to Ambassador’s Check-in Lounge in Ha Long City.

Check in at Ambassador's Lounge (1st Floor, Terminal – Halong International Cruise Port, Bai Chay Ward, Halong City) and transfer to Ambassador Cruise II.

Enjoy sightseeing while the Ambassador Cruise passes by thousands of majestic limestone islets in Halong Bay and Bai Tu Long Bay.

Explore Sung Sot Cave – the largest and most magnificent cave in the bay featuring marvelous and mysterious thousand-year-old stalactites in a variety of unique forms.

The shuttle bus is new and clean, the food on the cruise ship is rich and delicious, the foggy weather in Halong Bay is another experience, and the trip on a bamboo raft at your own expense is also very interesting!

I even got a room for 2 people at kkday for the price of 2 people on another site. I didn't go to Seung Sot because I thought it would be hot, so I had more free time than I thought, so I slept in the room, went to T-Top, and took a shower because I was sweating. It was nice. During lunch, I stopped in the middle of the boat and ate while looking at the view, and it was great. I don't know if it was like that, but the entire cruise ship's air conditioning was turned off 30 minutes before getting off, so it was hot. The staff was friendly and there was one female staff member who could speak a little Korean.

I arrived at the boss BBQ at 5:50, but the bus was already waiting, so it was a tour that I could use comfortably without time delay. The Ambassador ship is very large and the staff are all friendly. Each team is assigned a table at the restaurant, and we were lucky enough to get a seat by the window. It's very noisy like Dottegi Market... but if you put up with that, it was a fun tour. There were so many people at Seung Sot Cave that we had to wait in line, but it was so humid that after touring the cave while sweating, they took us to Titop Beach, but it was so hot that we wanted to go back to the boat. I picked up a lot, complicated, and messy food. I ate it because I was hungry, but the taste was not good.. The meat was very tough and hard.. Minus one star because of the buffet. I rode a kayak in Luon Cave (Monkey Island) where I rode a kayak or bamboo boat, but it was very difficult while I was able to move around freely. A bamboo boat would be better to see comfortably!! It was a very tiring itinerary for the whole day, but worth the experience for a day!

Most of them were locals. Everything else was good, but compared to there were too many people at the lunch buffet, the buffet line was short and it was complicated because it was centrally heated. The food was also worse than expected. I expected a lot because it was a 5-star cruise, but maybe that's why I was disappointed. The boat is good though. And the cave was longer than I thought, so I liked it.

The content of the plan states that you can take a bamboo raft to explore Myeongdong, but when you are about to set off, the boatman actually said that you have to pay extra, and those who are far away are still going out to sea by boat, but they are blocked on the boat and cannot go. The reaction has passed a day, and KKDay unexpectedly They are still looking for a compensation plan.
