The car rental shop is very close to the train station~~ It’s just that the chain of the rented bicycle is stuck and the riding is not smooth at the start; the left spindle pedal is faulty and needs to be tried a few times before it can be used normally;

Before renting a car, you need to register an account on the line, and the brakes of the locomotive have to be pressed hard to respond, but

It is very convenient to return the car during non-business hours. This trip has a large luggage, and the back seat is carrying the family, so it is very labor-saving to ride~ The clerk is also very enthusiastic to teach how to operate.

There are many exchange stations, including Taiwan 9 and Taiwan 11. However, it is not recommended to use it outside the city. I paid a high electricity bill for my first experience😭

Renting and returning a car is very troublesome and takes a long time. Before picking up the car, you have to fill in the app information. There is a problem with the app. The employee said that he would report it to the company, but it obviously didn't work. It is the first time I have rented from such a troublesome rental station, but the motorcycle is normal and good. Riding, no problem, just fill in the app and suggest telling the customer in advance or changing this troublesome mechanism.

It is highly not recommended. You can’t know the condition of the car before you rent it. After you choose it, you will find out that the warning light is on when you turn on the motorcycle and it cannot start at all. You have no choice but to return the car (before you even ride it). You are in trouble. Rent a car from another car dealership

I ended up not being able to rent one. I had used ZOCHA's manned shops several times, so I thought it would be okay even if it was unmanned, but it was a big mistake. I went there without any preparation on the day, and when I read the explanation again, it was just confusing. On top of that, it didn't go smoothly, with them telling me to register on LINE, registering this QR code, etc. ... For the time being, there was an emergency phone number in the message, but I couldn't get through no matter how many times I called. ... I sent a message to ZOCHA saying "I can't rent it because I don't know how to use it," but I didn't get a reply until two hours later. ... It was after I gave up and rented a bike again in the neighborhood. I often use eSIM here and they explain it carefully, but I wanted a similarly careful explanation. Of course, it's my fault for jumping on the cheap, but it's really disappointing. Someone else had written something similar, but I thought it was just a learning experience, so I gave up. By the way, I didn't see many Gogoros in Taito, and there were overwhelmingly more gasoline-powered cars. I went to the mountains of Taimari, Kinron and Takeshi Kaneshiro's tree, but the roads were deep in the mountains and the distances were long, so I think the gasoline car I rented again was more powerful and stable without the worry of changing the battery. Is this just sour grapes? Have a good trip.

I was asked to show the voucher sent to me by email, so I printed it out and took it with me, but the store was completely unmanned, and I had to scan the QR code propped up on the counter at the back of the store to complete some procedure before using it. I didn't have a smartphone with me, so I couldn't get through to them at all, so I gave up on renting here and went to a nearby motorcycle rental store, showed my certificate, and was able to rent it right away. The price was almost the same. My impression is that the explanation of how to use it in advance was too simple. You may think that giving detailed explanations about the usage procedure will have a negative impact on attracting customers, but the e-SIM I purchased from your company was not as easy as explained, and I ended up not being able to use it. If the motorcycle store is unmanned, I think it is even more important to provide thorough guidance. However, I also think that I should reflect on the fact that I used it without checking the details and used it easily. It was a good learning experience. I hope this is helpful.
