uber pick up at the back door of the strat hotel, driver arrived on time

I requested a transfer from the hotel to the airport, and they came right on time to pick me up. The driver was very friendly. I would like to use them again.

Though the trip is short from Waldorf to LAS, the driver is very involving and really can distinguish different kinds of Asians by their willingness to speak in English. What a fun ride.

I asked for a shuttle from the hotel to the airport. They kept me informed, so even though I had made a late night reservation, I felt at ease.

It was an airport transfer, but I was worried because my flight was delayed, but they were waiting for me and welcomed me with a smile.

I confirmed the meeting place in advance, and I got a reply through kkday that they would contact me within 24 hours of the day of use, but in the end, I didn't hear anything at all on the day. I also contacted them a few hours before the scheduled time, but there was no response, and kkday was out of service, so the transfer service was not available. In the end, I took a taxi and wasted my money. I don't recommend using it.

Complain. Driver was 20min late from his promised time. Didn’t apologise for his lateness when we first meet, then he apologised when asked guest if he did in Chinese. Also not initiate to carry luggage for us during the 10min work to the carpark. Attitude not friendly. Also the car is too small if 3 of us are sitting.
