2-Day Tour from Boston: Niagara Falls & Maid of The Mist

At the beginning, I was squeezed into a super small car that can seat 12 people (but the platform said that it will provide cars for 7/14/55-61 people according to the number of people. If you need to squeeze in a chair, you can only shrink it under your own chair + there is no way to fasten the safety. Bringing a car? Again, it was a 16-hour ride in a car that was so crowded that I couldn’t fasten my seat belt + the Chinese tour guide disappeared inexplicably. A very bad travel experience, it can even be said that I was scammed! During the trip, you have to collect evidence on your own so that you can go back to Taiwan to appeal to the Consumer Council, because the platform will only deal with it passively and pretend that it is an intermediary and can only be responsible for communication and passing on information. I don’t understand how this scam package itinerary can continue to be sold? We advise everyone not to buy.
