They will ask from time to time if you want more lobster. They are not afraid that you will eat too much, but they are afraid that you will not eat enough. The service staff are also very friendly.

I didn't stay at this hotel, so I went to the restaurant on the second floor to dine, and ordered unlimited lobster. Lobster is served a la carte, one plate at a time, with half a shrimp served. Lobster comes in four flavors: garlic, spicy, black pepper, and cheese. The garlic flavor comes with a dipping sauce similar to salad dressing, but I recommend not to use it. The garlic flavor can best bring out the original flavor and umami of the shrimp itself. The spiciness is similar to the taste of grilled prawns in Japanese cuisine, with a bit of sweetness and mild spiciness. I guess it is in line with the taste that Japanese people are accustomed to. The side dish is two small fried steamed buns, which are not unpalatable when dipped in sauce, but it is recommended to eat only one as it fills the stomach. The black pepper sauce is actually made in Chinese style, and the side dishes are Cantonese fried noodles and Qingjiang vegetables. Simply put, this dish is to appease you Chinese people, and it is also my favorite taste. Finally, there was the Western-style cheese gratin, which was also my least favorite. The cheese didn't go well with the lobster, so I only ate one plate. In addition to the lobster, a plate of four pieces of eel sushi and a large bowl of duck salad were also served. As mentioned before, lobster is served a la carte, and it is the exclusive waiter's job to help you order. Notice! It’s not that you ask him to come over and order from him after you’ve finished. It’s that when he sees you finish, he will automatically arrange the next dish to be served. After you have eaten all the flavors, he will ask you what flavor you want to add. This restaurant is different from some poor restaurants in Taiwan that advertise unlimited lobster but are afraid of people eating it. This restaurant is really not afraid of you eating it.
