6 hours after booking, I found out that I booked the wrong date (7/30 was booked on 6/30 instead). I called Kkday more than 20 times to see if they could help me change the date (because the refund policy was already written and I couldn't cancel it), but they couldn't help me deal with it since the terms and conditions were already written. After several twists and turns, I contacted Ocean Jet myself, but I'm not sure if I can change the ticket successfully. I left this comment because I'm not very good at English. When I selected the date, the system would jump to the calendar of the current month first. I also jumped several times because I was selecting the coupons back and forth. I didn't notice that I selected the wrong date. So I share my experience for your reference. It's not KKDay's problem!
