We had a great day with our guide Kevin, he was a great driver and tried to accommodate us even though the tour was for Japanese or Chinese. On all we thought it was a wonderful experience and we shall remember it for many years to come. Again a big thank you to Kevin. Cheers Sue and Grant

Everything is very nice. All 3 locations that we visited are so enjoyful and memorable. However, a little bit frustrated because our initial plan to ski at Takino Park is a failure. When we said some of us want to try skiing, our guide said it will take too long and as we don't have enough time and guide us straight to sledding area. In my opinion, 90 minutes is more than enough as we just want to try and have some fun not to be master on it. Other than that, the guide is nice and the trip and view is amazing.

Booked Plan B tour. -Guide did not contact us a day prior regarding meeting point/carplate details. There were MANY tour groups at the meeting point. But thankfully when we called the number provided, guide picked up immediately and brought us to the van. What we noticed was that kkday tour vehicles are all parked outside of the bus stop. Van was fully packed and 4 people had to squeeze at the back. -Takino park: have to drag the sled up the hill by yourself. Due to the limited availability of sleds, staffs will chase you to hurry up. -Silo observatory: nothing much if you're not gonna engage in the snowmobile activity. Too much time here. -Noboribetsu jigokudani: enough time. -Lake shikotsu ice festival: not enough time to fully experience as there were a lot of people so queues were long. Quite slippery.

The guide Xiao Xiao was excellent! The tour was great! Alas! Due to inclement weather, Lake Toya escaped our sight. Otherwise, we enjoyed snow-tubing, Jigokudani & Lake Shikotsu. It was blustery weather but we wished we had 10 more minutes at Lake Shikotsu Ice festival to see all the beautiful lighted sights. It was crowded so we had to line up for a popular sight & it took some time.

The driver and tour guide is great~very responsible~no pressure on people. Although it is a one-day trip, I feel that the driver is also taking care of everyone~received various information. The first experience of a small group tour is great. I hope to meet this driver if I have the chance🫶

The first stop park is almost reserved. You can use the facilities directly without queuing. Everyone used it more than 2 times. It is worth making a special trip next time.

Tour guide Sun accurately managed the time to stay at each location. We successfully entered the first stop, Lily of the Valley Hill Park, before it opened and went snow tubing. More and more people came later. The last stop was Bingtao Season. I was worried that I would be late due to traffic jams, but we got back to Sapporo on time. Although I had to take care of my own lunch, our tour guide Sun stopped at a convenience store with a toilet for my convenience. Some information about Hokkaido will also be introduced during the itinerary. I was very happy that I signed up for the KKDAY activity on one day of my free travel, which enriched the entire trip a lot. There were many groups at the meeting point in the morning. It took a while to find the tour guide. It is recommended to arrive early.
