It was very convenient to have a shuttle to the hotel. Also, the shuttle arrived on time so there was no waiting time.

Considering the price, this service is amazing. It was very helpful since we were a large group. There was a bit of traffic congestion, but since we left early we arrived without any problems and were able to have a meal before entering, which was nice. I was worried because the bus back was a little late, but I got through on the phone and was picked up without any problems.

The outbound driver waited at the Chinatown location on time to pick up the 2 hotels before proceeding to another pick-up point to transfer to a bus to the zoo. The return driver is late and needs to call to remind him. After the call, they arrived quickly and were sent back to the pick-up point. Overall, it's worth using, without having to transfer to the MRT back to the hotel.

It’s my second night visit to the Night Zoo. It’s really important to have pick-up options to save time and energy. However, if there are Indians in the car with you, you have to be understanding.

Although the driver was stuck in traffic on the way out and picked us up late, he informed us in advance, which was nice👍 The seats were very comfortable, but the air-conditioning was a bit stronger, so luckily you brought a jacket. Overall it's very good and I will take it next time.

The pick-up was mostly on time, but I was very anxious because I had to wait almost 30 minutes on the way back. Since it was a night safari, I was really anxious about what to do if they didn't come back because I wouldn't be able to get a taxi. I was worried because I didn't get a reply even after contacting them. It might be a good idea to think about how to get home just in case.

It was raining heavily when we left, so it was good that they came to pick us up at the hotel. Until now, when using other companies' apps for pick-up, the driver would always call out to us if we waited in the lobby, but with this app, we only receive the pick-up time (round trip), car number, model and color in advance, so we have to look for the car in the driveway ourselves. On the way there, I waited back and forth between the driveway and the lobby around the pick-up time, but I couldn't find the car, which made me a little anxious. Also, on the way back, they told us in advance that they would be about 12 minutes late, but they actually arrived 30 minutes late. They were waiting a little before the original pick-up time, so we lost a lot of time. When traveling alone overseas, I don't want to use taxis as much as possible, so I used this app, but if you don't mind, I think a taxi would be more efficient.

The driver picked up and dropped off at the hotel downstairs very punctually. The day before, he would send a message with the pick-up time and license plate number, and he would send a message again when he arrived. It was a pity that we were picked up at 9:30 on our way back from the night zoo~ I haven’t seen enough yet. If you want to go to the night zoo, I suggest you go on your own. The time will be more flexible.
