Whole process was really easy. From purchase, to finding the Ezfly counter to picking up the SIM card, to installing. The service staff spoke English and helped me put the SIM card in and activate it and I have had no issues with the data. I recommend.

I arrived at terminal 2 and I made a few mistakes because I forgot to write which booth I needed to go to, but once I got to the right one (the one labeled "mobile networks" or something like that), it was an easy and simple process. The worker there spoke English, which was really nice. As of writing this review, I've used the sim card for about 3 days. So far, no real issues. I can upload photos and send social media messages to my friends. There are some small burps in the connection sometimes, but it's never been a major issue for me. 10/10 would recommend; easy process, cost efficient, and it works well!
