Napaling Reef and Sardines Freediving Experience | Panglao, Philippines

As a solo traveler in a foreign country, I can meet friendly coaches to play with and learn about different sea areas. It is a very good experience! Sardine Storm was very close to the shore. Time passed very quickly. The instructor’s shooting skills were very good and the whole trip was very relaxing!

The people in the diving shop are very friendly, and I am very grateful to the instructor who patiently guided me how to take beautiful videos. The other instructors and divers who were diving were also very friendly. I almost hit the reef when I came up. It was on the side. The instructor appeared immediately and pulled me aside to prevent me from getting hurt when I was diving through the reef and coming up. I highly recommend free diving when you come to Panglao.
