Easy and quick experience , driver is nice and friendly

Large car required for large family with many luggage. Only thing is need to go Changi recommends counter to get your which may be crowded depending on timing.

Just brought voucher to counter and the staff took care of me within 3 minutes. Car was waiting at the designated pick up door for me even before I got there. Great service

My flight was delayed, so I was worried about whether they would be able to pick me up quickly, but I was able to find the reception desk right away and was able to get in within about 5 minutes. The driver was also very kind.

The exchange point was right after I entered Singapore, so I didn't get lost at all. I just showed the voucher and they immediately arranged for a car, and they gave me a piece of paper with the location and car license plate number, so I was able to get in the car very smoothly! I was able to arrive at the hotel comfortably.

It was late at night, but the arrangements were made very quickly. Even if you're not good at English, it's no problem! The car they arranged was also very comfortable. I highly recommend it.
