When checking out of the resort, I just sent a photo through KKDAY Messenger and they picked it up for me, so I was able to relax without any luggage.

I was very happy that airbnb was also an eligible facility. I had it sent directly to Suvarnabhumi from Pattaya. The pick-up time was listed as either 10:00 or 12:00, but I got nervous when I was informed that it would be from 12:00 to 14:00 on the same day. He arrived safely at around 11:45. It was a regular passenger car, so they seemed to be looking for a driver for the day.

It's great to send your bags and travel comfortably. But the system is a mess. I made a reservation, but I received two reservations with the same reservation number. One came with the wrong date of use and departure, and the other came with different dates of use and departure. Since none of the reservation details matched, I contacted them through the website inquiry window, but I didn't get a response, so I called and asked them to check again, and that was resolved. I was worried that I might have made a mistake while trying to cancel... I trusted them and didn't cancel, but I got a message saying that they would pick it up on the day of the reservation, but I didn't get any confirmation that they picked it up. I checked the reservation, but I was confused because it was a completely different date and a different region. I also left a message in the message window, but I didn't get a response. I contacted them again through the message window, but there was no solution. They told me to contact them through something like Line, but since I've never done that before, I didn't have the time to look into it and try it. I contacted Airportel by email, and they gave me a number I didn't know and told me to check it, so I did, and my bag was found. I was worried all day until I left for the airport, and I even thought about going back to the hotel. Once it was found, I was relieved and came to the airport, but there was still no sign that it had arrived. I went there anyway, thinking I'd just go and look for it, and it was already there. I'll use the baggage delivery service again, but I won't make reservations with Airportel or kkday. I don't want to go through this kind of trouble again.
