Here's the Chinese translation of your text: --- Everything was good, from the pick-up service at Yuanshan Station to registration and lunch, the overall experience was smooth. Especially the guides, they were both experienced and caring. I took the East-West route, from 10:30am to 3:30pm, and there were souvenirs (because it was two routes, there were two identical supplements, and a bottle of Yuanshan black vinegar). Both routes were interesting and introduced the structure and history of the building. Lunch was enjoyed at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, which tasted good and was served in single-serve plates. The only downside was that the lunch time was too long, from 11:30am to 2:30pm, otherwise everything was perfect.

We walked into the secret passages on the east and west sides respectively. The east side will visit the former residence of Miss Kong Er, and the west side will introduce the story of the Grand Hotel. The itineraries on both sides have their own characteristics! 👍🏻 The lunch arranged at the Yuanyuan Restaurant at noon was very filling and of very high quality👍🏻👍🏻 The dining environment was also very satisfying! The only problem is that there is a three-hour gap between the morning and afternoon itineraries. Excluding lunch, there is basically more than an hour of free time! 😅

We participated with a Japanese audio guide. There is no slide in the East Tunnel, but you can go to the former residence of Miss Kong Er. The Chinese guide also explained the west side, but the Japanese audio guide does not include this. The guide also doubles as a photographer. There is no information about lunch after the tunnel tour, so you go to the restaurant in the hotel yourself and show your voucher. The taste is generally bland, but delicious. I tried the lamb, which I personally don't like, and it was very delicious, so I ate it all. The tea was very good.

It is recommended to visit the East Tunnel and the former residence of Miss Kong Er. The food at Yuan Yuan is pretty good.

I highly recommend this restaurant to people who have been to most of the tourist spots in the guidebooks, but want to go somewhere a little different. The food at the Grand Hotel Yuanshan was also very delicious, and the portions were quite large, so it was hard to finish it.

We also visited the East and West Secret Passages of the Yuanshan Hotel. The East Secret Passage is better than the West Secret Passage because you can visit the former residence of Miss Kong Er. Every dish in the Yuanyuan set meal is very good, and I especially like the red bean sponge cake

The East and West secret passages each have their own characteristics, the tour guide's explanation is vivid and interesting, and the lunch at Yuanyuan is very delicious and rich. It is a fulfilling and satisfying trip.

I took the tour of the east side in the morning and the west side in the afternoon. I was the only Japanese person there, and everyone else was Chinese-speaking. We were given an earphone guide and a sheet with information on the sightseeing spots, and then we started. The sheet had information on the points and the earphone guide numbers, but the morning guide gave a fluent explanation (in Chinese), and I didn't quite understand how he explained where and how, so when I told him that during the afternoon tour, the afternoon guide told me "This is where you are now" every time he explained something. The afternoon guide explained things with gestures, so I was able to enjoy it even though I don't understand Chinese. The lunch portion was a little too much, and I regretted leaving the dessert, but it looked beautiful and was very delicious. I was able to learn a lot of things, such as the history of the Grand Hotel Yuanshan and the meaning of the hotel's decorations, and it was a very satisfying tour.
