Cebu is prone to traffic jams. It took us 3.5 hours to get to the first stop. After touring the river and eating, we arrived at the second stop, the beach where locals hang out. About 20 minutes after getting off the bus, we were about to go to the next point. The driver drove to an industrial road, which was bumpy all the way. It seemed that there was no road ahead.
