I was researching L'Atelier Lotus' nougat crackers and found this service, so I made a reservation about two weeks before my stay. I found out that they would deliver them two days before check-in, so I asked the hotel to hold them for me until check-in. I received them right after checking in, and the contrast between the crunchy crackers and the soft nougat inside was amazing. They were also very polite when accepting the delivery, and I was able to save time by not having to wait in line, so it was a great experience☺️

Knowing that it was a popular item, I decided to pre-order it in advance. Even though it was before my departure date, I decided to have it delivered to my hotel. Actually, I accidentally booked the hotel using my maiden name, which was inconsistent with the name I used when purchasing here, but after some communication, we were able to resolve the issue. I wrote the instructions in Japanese, and there were no problems. My stay was short, so I had considered giving up on this product, but this was a real help. I will definitely use it again when I want to buy something. I would be grateful if more services like this where you can pick up your items locally became available.
