Went together with our 4 year old son, and it was fuss free except for the moment we had to walk a long distance to the shrine (due to an event that doesn't allow buses in the area) which the walking speed was way too fast. Would recommend to couples which are more ideal

We enjoyed the tour very much although it was raining in the morning. Glad that tour guide swapped the factory outlet shopping to morning and Lake Kawaguchiko and Arakura Shrine to afternoon when the rain had stopped and weather was nice and not too cold. Tour guide Tina was very experienced and detailed in her explanation (both in English and Mandarin).

The tour leader Zoe is very nice and enthusiastic ❤️. Before the matcha experience, she roughly explained the steps, fearing that we would not understand what the teacher said. However, after the teacher finished explaining during the experience, Zoe also explained again in English and Chinese, making the whole experience process very smooth 👍 In addition, she also helped the group members take pictures, and reminded everyone to go to the toilet before getting on the bus at the last outlet (the drive back to Tokyo is more than 2 hours).
