Our guide John is such a friendly and bubbly person, and we instantly felt at ease with him. He was very professional yet made us feel like locals. We learnt a lot of local history travelling with him, and he was very accommodating of our needs, especially with elderly travellers. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Went first to Wulai Old Street in the morning, a lot of stores were closed. There’s a nice view of the river and mountain at the bridge. Went to view Thousand Island Lake by the roadside. We walked down a mountain road for about 10 minutes, not sure this was actual viewing spots though. Went to Ping Lin Museum, had the best meal of our trip in a restaurant just beside it called 合歡茶宴風味餐廳. There was tea demonstration with local kids that day so that was fun too. Finally, went to ride Maokong Gondola at sunset which was a beautiful experience. All in all it was a good trip courtesy of driver / guide Stev.

We booked 1 day before and received quick reply through whatsapp. We were assigned Jason who brought us along the different spots we wanted to go:) My family aren't talkative people yet the ride was comfortable and it wasnt awkward at all. This was a truly fantastic day trip! Wulai is a tranquil and quaint getaway from the bustle of Taipei. Our tour guide Jay was such an excellent guide as well! He helped us plan our itinerary and was super kind and funny! Jay really helped my mom and I maximize our day at Wulai and managed to get us around to all that we hoped to see. He also offered many great tips, dining suggestions, and facts about the area. We felt safe and well looked after with Jay. I would 100% recommend this tour company to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway at a breathtaking location. You would be lucky to get Jay as your guide! If you ever come to Wulai I suggest going to see the old street, the Atayal museum, Yun Hsien Resort, the waterfall of course, then take the scenic train back up the mountain.

My partner and I had an amazing experience. The driver took us to all the excursions we wanted to go to AND THEN SOME. He took us to this amazing waterfall to start the trip and it was so breath taking. If you want an excision you’ll never forget, book this excursion. Will definitely book again when I return to Taiwan.
