My mother (in her 70s) doesn't have good mobility, so we chose a chartered car tour instead of an optional boat tour. We were able to sightsee at our own pace, and they used the closest parking lot possible, so we were able to get around very smoothly and compactly! We were able to communicate with our driver, Ye (ms.), in advance via LINE and short messages, so we were able to meet at Keelung Port with peace of mind. Ye spoke in Chinese, but we were able to communicate smoothly using the translation function. He was very kind, and accompanied us from the parking lot to our destination at the tourist spots, and took lots of photos for us! It was a wonderful memory!

The guide was very friendly and told us about a pineapple cake shop that he recommended. He took lots of photos and it was a lot of fun. I'd definitely like to participate again if I have the chance!

Bellissima The cruise arrived at Keelung, Taiwan, and there was little information about the city in the guidebooks, so after searching around, I found a six-hour short trip plan and joined it. The time to disembarkation was smooth and I was able to get off much earlier than the reserved time, but I was grateful that they were accommodating me early. They also gave me detailed directions to tourist spots and detailed information about meeting places. The driver was learning Japanese, but he was very accommodating and helpful. Thank you very much.

Although the driver said he couldn't speak Japanese, he made an effort to speak to me in Japanese, which was very helpful. His consideration was also wonderful.

I went to Keelung on a cruise ship, so I chose this place because it had Jiufen and the lantern-flying. It was a great choice! It was a private tour, so I was able to wait until the last minute and play, ask what I wanted to ask, and it was fun. I forgot the name, but since it seemed like we had some time left, I requested to see the colorful house, and they took me there for 10 minutes. We had a great time packed into 6 hours. We took the Queen Elizabeth to the port and used it as a tour. Mr. Huang speaks Japanese well, and even arranged for tea and water, so we were able to enjoy the whole day without getting tired even though we didn't know the language or the way of life. Highly recommended!

I booked this tour because it was a port of call for Bellissima. The meeting was smooth and it was a very comfortable trip. Our driver, Mr. Chen, spoke good Japanese and took lots of photos for us. I'm glad we were able to get around efficiently and enjoy the tourist spots of Taiwan. I was impressed by all the delicious food he introduced us to along the way. When we said goodbye, he dropped us off in the middle of the road and we weren't busy, so I wasn't able to properly thank him, and so I decided to write this. Satisfaction may depend on the guide, but for cruise trips, I highly recommend this. Thank you, Mr. Chen.

I was able to find the driver immediately after arriving at the port. Even at our destination, Shifen, we were shown the lantern shop right away, so there was no waiting time. In Jiufen, we were shown a map of the whole area and were given instructions so that we wouldn't get lost, so we had a comfortable stay. Thank you very much.
