The customer service was excellent. They promptly helped us change the pick-up location when we made a mistake in our order, which we greatly appreciated. During our three-day, two-night trip, the gogoro battery probably needed to be replaced once. Battery swapping stations are quite frequent in the city, and customer service also provided detailed instructions on how to swap batteries, so even if you've never ridden an electric scooter before, there's no need to worry.

It would be better if the helmet visor could be updated. Be careful as the left handlebar grip is loose. Otherwise, there are no problems; the bike is in good riding condition and has plenty of power. I would rent it again if needed.

The car was in good condition, but the self-service rental and return procedures were a bit troublesome, and the helmet didn't come with a safety net. Also, the waiting area was a little dirty as it was parked outdoors. Otherwise, it was fine. I hope that safety nets will be provided in the future.
