We booked an evening service in the morning, and KKDay issued the voucher about two hours later. Upon arrival, due to language barriers and the owner's overly enthusiastic attitude, I assumed the owner already knew we were booked. When we discovered the service time was shorter than booked (90 minutes, but only 60 minutes of massage), we showed the owner the KKDay voucher. The owner apologized profusely and refunded the difference. I should have proactively shown the voucher before sitting down. The service was acceptable; my husband said the pressure was initially too strong, but after pointing it out, it became normal. Perhaps because the time was too short, it didn't feel properly relaxed. I had my head, shoulders, and neck massage done, which I found average. It seemed the focus was more on shampooing and applying a face mask, with only a small amount of massage on my shoulders and neck.
