This is a fantastic hotel! It has a youthful feel. The staff is friendly and polite. The room is comfortable—not very large but very refined. The breakfast area is small but clean and tidy. While the breakfast selection isn't extensive, it's delicious and filled my whole family up. The hotel is very modern and smart, with a voice-activated electronic butler to control room amenities. The TV even lets you see the laundry room's washer and dryer status, which is very convenient. This stay was a fantastic experience and excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay at the SSAW Hotel again next time I'm in Dongmen!

This hotel has been featured on many online platforms, but it's rare to see it on KKday. King Room: The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was adequate, but the ice box only had a light, and the drinks inside were not cold at all. Room amenities: Some were broken. For example, the Type-C plug on the power switch was no longer responsive, and even the provided USB cable didn't work. As for the TV, there was absolutely nothing to watch. There was no set-top box or app for guests to watch. There was a screen-casting device, but it required an app on your phone to cast the screen. I hope the hotel can add entertainment options for guests.
