4 minutes from Hakata Station. An udon izakaya that focuses on "dashi" and "handmade snacks". They also offer a great value 2-hour all-you-can-drink course. Made from plain wood, the restaurant has a calm atmosphere and is reasonably priced. The dashi stock, made in-house using plenty of kelp, mackerel flakes, and bonito flakes, is used luxuriously in the udon and in dishes such as "Udon Shop Tamagoyaki". They also have snacks made with Kyushu ingredients such as "Nagasaki Unzen Ham Cutlet" and "Chikuwa Isobe Age" made with domestic seaweed, so please enjoy our proud udon as a final dish.
