We have a variety of local chickens from all over Kyushu, including Amakusa Daio from Kumamoto, Kuro Satsuma Chicken from Kagoshima, and Chapon Chicken from Kagoshima. Chapon Chicken: A legendary local chicken raised in Kagoshima Prefecture. It is said to have marbled meat and is highly valued as the finest chicken. Amakusa Daio: This is one of the largest edible local chickens in Japan, raised in the O-Amakusa region of Kumamoto Prefecture. It has high-quality, elastic meat and a rich, deep flavor. Kuro Satsuma Chicken: Kagoshima local chicken, known as one of the three great local chickens in Japan. It is characterized by its good fat content. Kamirajidori: A local chicken raised in Oita Prefecture. It is moderately soft, flavorful, and juicy.
