<Awarded the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award> Motobu Beef, a Japanese black beef raised with care. Motobu Beef is raised in the natural surroundings of Yanbaru. By feeding the cattle a unique fermented feed consisting of beer lees, which is rich in fiber, and lactic acid bacteria, the unsaturated fatty acids are increased, resulting in tender, sweet and delicious beef. At Motobu Farm, we are committed to producing our beef with the motto of "safety and security." For our teppanyaki at the Naha store, we only use A4 to A5 rank Motobu Beef.
